About the Southwest Green Line LRT Extension
The Southwest Green Line LRT Extension involves the construction of a new light rail line. The line stretches approximately 14.5 miles from downtown Minneapolis to the southwestern suburbs. Seventeen new light rail stations have been added in this expansion to provide easy access in the southwest suburbs.
