We are looking for an Manufacturing Engineer to join our team:

This position will collaborate with and support the engineering and production teams to perform a variety of tasks in preparation for the fabrication of metal products and projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (but are not limited to):

  • Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods utilizing knowledge of product design, materials, fabrication processes, tooling/production equipment capabilities, and quality control standards.
  • Provide engineering support to the drafters in the department
  • Review drawings for manufacturability and compliance with customer specifications
  • Assist with drafting and design as needed
  • Act as project engineer for jobs requiring engineering support
  • Assist in the maintenance and administration of the QMS
  • Provide cost estimates for projects
  • Fill out PFMEA’s on new projects and work to mitigate quality risks
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing problems and related tooling, equipment or process issues.
  • Develop new tooling and gauging.
  • Change management/ECR’s (internal requests)
  • Recommend, support and implement improvements, modifications, or additions that will improve work processes.
  • Take the lead in analyzing the need for new process development and to meet company needs including specifying, ordering, installing and validating new equipment or processes.
  • Assist in production transfers from design/detailing to manufacturing.
  • Perform other related duties as needed

Required skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial (equivalent work experience may be considered)
  • Minimum of 5 years manufacturing experience required (in Metal Fabrication)
  • Must have knowledge of welding, machining and assembly practices, tools and fixturing (metal preferred).
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD Software (preferably Solidworks). In addition to fixture design, must be able to open, view and manipulate assemblies.
  • Knowledge of CNC programming preferred.
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must have strong communication skills and be able to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
  • Up-to-date with industry technology updates, new systems and ideas.




We are looking for an Experienced Welder to join our team:

Job Activities & Responsibilities

  • Custom Welder/Fabricator
  • MIG and TIG on Mild Steel, Stainless steel, and Aluminum
  • Layout according to shop prints
  • Must be able to read weld symbols
  • Grinding and weld finishing
  • Operate other fabrication equipment such as press brake, shear, saw, machining center, sanders, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications and Skills

  • Candidate will need to complete a weld test by assembling mild steel sheet metal components according to a print.
  • Welding certification or equivalent experience desired

Job Shifts Available

1st Shift: 6:00 am – 2:30pm, Monday – Friday

2nd Shift: 12:30pm – 11:00pm Monday – Thursday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 – $27.00 per hour
