Material We Work With

We specialize in the high skilled fabrication of aluminium and stainless steel. These metals are known for their corrosion resistance and long term durability. Our team of certified welders, skilled machinists, experienced drafters, and project managers possess a deep technical understanding of the fabricating process required for these alloys.

Uncompromising Quality

Quality is non-negotiable. We follow MnDOT quality control processes, American Welding Society codes (D1.1 and D1.6) and other project specific code requirements and standards. We have two in house Certified Welding Inspectors (CWI) to ensure all welds meet quality control measures. Our qualified welders have completed the correct Procedure Qualification Records (PQR) and Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) required for the projects they are working on. We maintain Welder Qualification Test Records (WQTR) within our welders continuity logs to ensure they remain qualified.
