Astro Metal Craft fabricates custom industrial machine frames for water treatment equipment, automated packaging systems, material handling equipment, food processing machinery, testing equipment, and other specialty industrial applications.
We manufacture machine frames in carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, with fabrication capabilities ranging from small tabletop assemblies measuring up to 45’L X 20’W X 15’H and larger. Common frame materials include square and rectangular tubing, round tubing, structural shapes, solid bar stock, and aluminum extrusions.

- Machining & Laser Cutting : Astro’s CNC machining and laser cutting capabilities allow us to produce precise holes, slots, tapped features, and machined surfaces required for equipment mounting and assembly.
- Welding: Our experienced fabrication team performs MIG, TIG, laser and robotic welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Astro adheres to the projects specified certified welding procedures and documentation.
- Sheet Metal Fabrication: In-house laser cutting, punching, and press brake forming capabilities allow us to manufacture brackets, gussets, mounting plates, guards, and other frame components without relying on outside vendors.
- Engineering Support: Using SolidWorks, our team can work from customer drawings or assist with design modifications to improve manufacturability, reduce fabrication costs, and simplify assembly.
- Finishing Services: We coordinate a variety of finishing options, including powder coating, liquid paint, galvanizing, passivation, and other specialty coatings based on project requirements.
