Uncompromising Quality

Quality is non-negotiable. We adhere to rigorous quality control processes, including MnDOT quality requirements, American Welding Society (AWS) codes such as D1.1 and D1.6, and any project-specific standards or specifications. Our team includes two in-house Certified Welding Inspectors (CWIs) who verify that every weld meets established quality requirements. 

All welding is performed by qualified welders who have completed the appropriate Procedure Qualification Records (PQRs) and follow approved Welding Procedure Specifications (WPSs) for the work being performed. We also maintain Welder Qualification Test Records (WQTRs) and continuity logs to verify that our welders remain qualified and in compliance throughout each project. 

Material We Work With

Stainless Steel Fabrication: Stainless steel is ideal for applications requiring corrosion resistance, durability, and sanitary performance. Our team fabricates stainless steel equipment and components for industries such as food processing, water treatment, material handling and other sanitary equipment needs.  

Aluminium Fabrication: Aluminum offers an excellent combination of strength, lightweight performance, and corrosion resistance, making it a preferred material for many industrial applications.  

Other Materials: In addition to aluminum and stainless steel, we fabricate carbon steel and other specialty alloys.
